Can anyone recommend a camera suitable for a 10 year old? Ideally under £150?
She doesn't have a phone and won't be getting one for a couple of years but we're looking for something which might give her the fun of a phone camera but also let her practice photography skills.
She is getting a chromebook for her birthday - mostly for homework but she loves creating pictures, videos and presentations on Canva so we think she would like to edit her own photos. She loves art and being creative.
We're looking for:
Ideally a digital camera where she can transfer pictures onto the chromebook.
If it also had instant printing capabilities, that would be fine. But definitely not an instant-only camera. She'd use up all the prints in 10 minutes and bankrupt us buying more film!
Easy enough for a novice photographer to get to grips with.
Decent quality images in case she wants to have them printed.
Maybe some in built 'fun' features like filters.
I liked the look of the Kodak Smile 2 in 1 until I realised it doesn't have a screen to review the picture you've taken.
Thank you!
