Ideas for 19 yr old ds.

I know its July but I am on the Christmas board! I'm really stuck for ideas for my ds. He is 19, neurodiverse and quite a homebody. He doesn't really socialise apart from at work, so vouchers for food or coffee wouldn't work. He doesn't drink alcohol, eat spicy food. Very plain!
He likes gaming but has new headphones and controller.
He isn't into fashion and wouldn't care if he got new trainers or clothes even though that's what I end up getting each year.
I'm really really stuck for ideas. He has plenty of money and doesnt really spend it.
I've got tickets for comedy gigs for the past few years so would like something different.
Any ideas or hits from previous years?
He always seems quite underwhelmed.

He's not very into animals, otherwise would have been a fab idea! 😂

Haha!

I was also going to suggest boxers/socks etc They are things that he needs and it’s something to open.
As he spends a lot of time at home, what about lounge pants & a matching t-shirt?
I needed to balance out gifts for my male and female DCs on year - girls being so much easier to buy for, in our house anyway. I made up a little hamper of what I labelled gaming snacks with all their favourite sweet and savoury snacks and bottles/cans of soft drinks.
Another time when they were going through a movie watching phase, I did something similar but included popcorn and a just eat voucher to have pizza delivered & sweets.
Do you play games together? If so, something along those lines. There are various different versions of uno now. Monopoly Deal or Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza.
Some older teenagers still enjoy Lego, or mine loved nanoblocks.
Think about things which could be replaced eg electric razor or toothbrush.
Anytbing that would make his room cozier - new lamp/bean bag/ new bedding/things for storing and organising his gaming stuff.

jumping on this thread as in exactly the same situation. DS will be 19 in december. He does not really socialise, and does not do sports except occasionally goes hiking or climbing with his DH. We bought him a console last christmas to take to Uni with him (as up until then all consoles had been shared) and have just kitted him out with all the stuff he needs to go to uni next week.

He does not care about clothes etc. Loves maps but have run out of good books to get about that.

The other problem is that he has 2 younger siblings - DD who is really easy to buy for and DS2 who loves fossils so that is our go to for him.

I think a big snack hamper for him to take back to uni and will see if there are any other items he needs closer to the time.
