Just a word of warning. I know people often send lots of stuff back after Christmas and it can get confusing and you lose track.
I don't usually send things back but this year I've had to send stuff to 5 different shops.
I sent 6 items back to Boohoo the first week in January.
They refunded 4 items last week.
I emailed and they said they would need to check CCTV to see how many items were sent back.
I've just been refunded for the 2 items.
Mistakes happen but just for info to check your refunds are correct.
