What sweets are leftover?

Which sweets are leftover in your tubs and will they get eaten (eventually) or binned?

For us:

Quality street - the toffee pennies and coconuts are hanging round.

Celebrations - snickers, twix, bounty

Roses - fudge and whirls

Heroes - creme eggs

I would say all but the blue coconut ones from qs will be eaten eventually 😁

We have Heroes - always Double Deckers and Crunchies that are left.

I love Crunchies but can never understand why they can’t do mini versions, rather than put all the little bits in them making them nothing like the real thing.

Caramel ones

Our Heroes always have the creme eggs and chocolate eclairs left!

None, but growing up we all hated the creams. My DF would eventually eat them, It's say. DH and DS eat them now, and actually like them, to my horror. We didn't actually have any tubs this year, only fancy stuff, and it was a bit strange!

Still got some Elizabeth Shaw Mint Thins but I will polish those off

So bloody many of them!
We have whole tubs of celebrations, roses and heroes barely even dipped into.

Nobody has even opened the Hero/Celebrations/QualityStreet tubs yet. There’s too much chocolate in the house to list but they have good dates on them so plenty of time to eat them.

We are more of a savoury family.

A few after eights. I didn't buy any other sweets.

Omg how can you have twix, crème eggs and esp crunchies left?!! Send them my way!

Strawberry and orange ones from QS and roses.

I've told DM not to buy these as they are waste for DC, she forgot this year.

Some Turkish Delight, most of my box of rose & violet cremes, and some Heroes (I think, those are DH's). I'll gradually work my way through the leftovers - someone has to do it!

The chocolate éclairs go first here. Three out of four of us fight for them.

The only thing that won't get eaten is a gifted big box of dairy milk.

I have tons left, probably 8 boxes. I'm not one of those people who feel they have to get rid of them, I'll just work on them over the next few weeks.

ours at the moment:

celebrations: mars (will get eaten but slowly)

heroes: none

QS : the orange cream

roses: only opened a box a couple days ago, but i suspect nothing will be left

wooops! 🤣🤣

I bought a two tray box of Milk Tray this year for a change. I've had two chocolates out of it and really didn't enjoy either.

All the (many) boxes of Matchsticks have gone though.
