Turkey advice please

I know this may seem obvious to some 🙈 but I finished cooking 2x turkey crowns about an hour ago and have taken them out to rest with loose tin foil over.

They are still piping hot and I need to put them in the fridge before going to bed, or do I?

If I leave them cooling now, do I need to set an alarm for a couple hours time?

Well, I'd leave them on the side as they are, they'll be absolutely fine x
