Turkey crowns

Bear with me - useless cook!

Do you have to leave a turkey crown to rest like with a big turkey??

Do you get enough juices off a crown for gravy?

Yes rest it. I'd say no for gravy juices

You'll be fine. A crown is just a 'big turkey' without the legs on, so technically there should be juices. and yes leave it to rest.

There will be some juices but ive got extra chicken stock and marsala to add.
