I have the IKEA one, what is the best stuff to stick it together?

Melted sugar if you’re very brave. I’m not, so I use the thickest paste I can make from icing sugar and a drop of water.

Royal icing - you can cheat by using royal icing sugar. Rock solid!

If you have any Lego, build some props to hold the walls upright and straight.

The IKEA houses do smell lovely for quite a while.
