Stocking fillers

My late mother always did Christmas stockings for her youngest grandchildren and after she passed away I continued filling and hanging them just as she did (I go home to my parents house for Christmas every year), this year I am struggling to figure out we hat to put in them. My niece is 15, not a girly girl, sensitive skin so that rules out quite a few bits, she's a reader and very bright, not particularly into makeup etc. My nephew is 12, he's into lego but has so much of it already, he's a quiet little guy who absolutely adores his little sister who is 2.5 years old. I really want their stockings to be filled with stuff that's not going to end up in the bin but just don't know what to get. I live 3 hours from them so don't see them as much as I'd like. Any suggestions will be gratefully received.

Some good ideas for both the 12 & 15yo I'd go for nice skincare, a book, chocolate, gift card, stationery. You can theme some of these to their interests. I'd also through in a retro toy like a slinky or something just for fun.

Skincare Bubble or spots and stripes do some really nice stocking fuller sets.

For the niece a nice bookmark, a kit to make own earrings if she has pierced ears, a festive YA book? Some sort of small puzzle (like logic, not wooden), a photo of the family printed and put in a tiny frame?
For the nephew some of the same things, a mini meccano type project, CYO Christmas bauble or mini science experiment? (Also for the niece really). Bath bomb from lush?

And for the youngest I can remember nothing about what I put in my DC’s stocking at that age. Little jellycat stuffed toy, some wooden play pieces, an age appropriate little book?

When I did the grandkids stockings I went back in time and put the tangerine, and chocolate money in the toes, Then it was socks and gloves, and then it was silly things, like Pez sweets with the holder being a character they liked,I know one year I found a wee box of jacks for GD ( we had great fun with those ) , Ive put bubbles, pencil cases, purses, wallets, bath bombs, hot chocolate bombs , pens, playing cards, friendship bracelets, key rings, - just small little things that Id pick up during the year

For the 12yo:
Joke book
Card game (UNO or similar)
Microwave mug cake kit
Beanie hat
Chopsticks
Marvel colour changing shower gel (Home Bargains)
