DMum is currently bed ridden due to injury and illness.
I need ideas of what to buy her. I'm thinking some nice smelling body lotions and possibly some fleecy bedding/blankets. She's quite incontinent at the moment so not sure if this is a good idea?

A nice blanket on top wouldn't necessarily get wet constantly so not a bad idea. Loose fitting bedsocks, fiction or non book, puzzle books, something edible might be good for smaller cost gifts.

A neck light for reading

My DM is enjoying an Alexa to easily play her music, tell her the time, phone us. It wasn't expensive. Going to set up an audible account too. And she liked the heated throw we got last year.

Hand creams, face creams, lip balms, music, photo book, cosy blankets, Alexa, cushion / pillow, body sprays / perfumes, nice food, tangle teezer hairbrush, jigsaws, craft stuff, crosswords / word searches

Ipad or Tablet? When my dad had cancer his tablet was central - it had music, crosswords, sudoku, internet for email/news/Facebook/maths puzzles, a few favourite magazines that he subscribe to online. He could even listen to a live concert or join a stamp collectors meeting on line. He had it, at home, in hospital, in hospice, on bus or train journeys to treatment. I'd say there was only the odd day of his 2 year cancer journey he didn't use it until a couple of days before he died.

Thank you all.

She has a tablet but due to limited movement is struggling to use it at the moment. An Alexa is a great idea! She could listen to books as she's struggling to hold a book and read right now.
