Affordable shortbread / cookie / brownie subscription

DM is now on her own and I'd like to get a bakery subscription so she has something tasty arriving for the next three wintery months.

Does anyone know if one that isn't too expensive and would be good for one person? Many of them seem to be for two.

Shortbread would be ideal.

Would becheaper and more varied probably to buy and send yourself to her I think. Sorry as not what you were asking.
