White Fox - have I been scammed

Ordered a hoody for DNiece on 1st December from White Fox Boutique, standard Royal Mail delivery. Not had an email to say it has been shipped and no response to my email on when that might be.

No contact number for them and a seemingly spurious UK address for them.

reviews seem ok bar UK buyers who are having the same issue.

They aren’t cheap products either and I have a feeling I won’t be receiving the hoody or my money back. Paid apple pay and not on a credit card.

Yes they shipped from the uk from about September.

As someone else said, have you had any emails related to offers and sales?

If they have your correct email you will be receiving these emails 2/3 times a day.

Sympathies, OP. I ordered at the beginning of November for a birthday that month. It never arrived and they eventually concluded it was out in the post and ordered me another on Nov 27th. Nothing has happened with that order, no tracking information showing, they haven't responded to emails. I have just requested a refund via PayPal, so frustrated and annoyed with their terrible customer service.

Wow that's not my experience with them at all. Their hoodies have always arrived but I have ordered last year from Australia and not the new UK website. Maybe their UK customer service is rubbish.

Email address is correct as I had the email confirming my order with the order number on. Haven’t had any others though

I just went to their facebook page and they've left comments open on their posts. Almost every comment is a complaint about orders either not being received at all or only part received.

I'd just do a chargeback now if I were you OP.

I've bought two from there. One arrived in 2 days, one took ages. Can't remember how long but definitely over a week.

I'm having a nightmare. Ordered my niece a tracksuit for her birthday. Ordered on 28th Nov, birthday on 16th Dec, estimated shipping 5-7 days. No problem, I think!

Well. I thought wrong.

Upshot is, the hoodie arrived on 13th. No joggers. No communication from White Fox to say only half my order was coming. I've emailed, no response. I've contacted through Instagram, had an eventual generic response saying they're very busy, but not actually giving me any update on whether to expect to joggers.

They've taken payment for the full tracksuit but only sent half. I've obviously had to buy my niece a whole other tracksuit from somewhere else.

Thought I'd attempt a refund request. Nope. I apparently can't be refunded for the joggers I've paid for because they haven't sent them! And if I want a cash refund for the hoodie they did send, I have to lose £6 of my cash. Even though this is fully their cock up.

This feels like a scam to me. I don't know what to do. I can't really afford to write off £74 at this time if year. I don't know whether to contact my credit card company or trading standards or what.

@NoForwardingAddress how did you pay? If you paid via credit / debit card - go to your bank ... do a chargeback as you haven't received goods you've paid for.

I did this for something else; had the money back within 14 days

Send the transaction details & any email or communication you have with them as evidence for the chargeback

Thanks, I paid by credit card thankfully so I will look into how I do a charge back.

I've received half of my order so I'd guess I can only request half the money back, but the hoodie on it's own is useless to me. Apparently returning it is a fools errand, as according to all the social media comments, they either never issue you a refund/credit note, or they issue a credit note that then doesn't work.

This has happened to me placed order on the 26th November and emailed several time no reply to their main emails addresses . Gutted no rely no present in time for Christmas. May try my bank to see if I can get money back as not received any goods nor any communication.

Sorry it was October. Ordered on 17th. Received order confirmation and shipping email that day and it was delivered on 19th

Update - PayPal have refunded my order. They never despatched my re-order and customer services were very hard to get hold of.

I had to return an item for DD that was too large, had an email from them to say they received my return 10 days ago - but no refund or store credit, tried emailing them and no response, not sure what to do now.
