Macaroons… pished fish…next?

Looking for food related suggestion for my dad and step mum. Last two years I’ve sent Macaroons and smoked salmon that went down well. Step mum is a fabulous cook and baker so looking for something that’s a real treat, not something big and bulky just a wee bit special. Any suggestions please?

A delivery from Betty's of Harrogate , especially the fondant fancies but the chocolates etc are also very good

Severn & Wye smoked salmon

Netherend Farm butter & Ghee , the ghee makes amazing roast potatoes

Bachman chocolates

Malamado- fortified wine, basically port but made from Malbec and not quite as sweet as Port

Half a dozen half-bottles of champagne, great for when you need a little treat but can't justify a whole bottle
