I have 3 tickets to Lapland for 13 Dec 2024 (1 adult, 2 children) which I can’t use due to change of circumstances. I’ve been in touch with Lapland but not had a reply.
paid a lot for the tickets.
They are not transferrable but Lapland haven’t gotten back to me, I cannot find a phone number on their website. It would be a shame not to resolve this.
any advice?
As a last resort I put them on Facebook marketplace place.
