Gift for a biker

Dp is a keen biker and has been since being a teenager.
I know nothing about motorbikes but would like to get him something related to this for Christmas, I was thinking maybe some new, high quality gloves or something.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

My partner and self are bikers. He feels the cold more than I do, so I often buy him layered thermal stuff to wear. You can also get heated handle bar grips that he would need to fit/wire up himself, or handlebar muffs that fit over the bars very easily.
Partner also has several vintage bikes so I've bought him a couple of new seats for them for birthdays. He's bought me new helmets, boots etc. It depends what you want to spend really.

If your DP likes to keep his bike clean have a look at the various polishing paraphernalia that's available and maybe make him up a 'bike care hamper'.

Wrt gloves, they're quite a personal thing for fit (I wear gauntlets that fit almost to the elbow, but dp wears sports type gloves), so either take yours on a 'mystery trip' to buy a pair so that he can try them on, or tell him you'd like to buy him some, so ask what would he like.

Budget is the key here. New leathers are always a treat, ditto a new helmet but you'd have to know the type he likes and generally expensive. Heated gloves are nice in winter. Like the previous poster said, thermal layers are good. An armoured hoodie would be a nice gift to receive too.

Not sure I’d buy kit as it’s very personal and would probably need trying on. I would suggest:
good quality thermals like Icebreaker.
A windproof shirt. DH has a Zephyr wind shirt which he’s pleased with. Can be used as a layer and is ultra thin and packs down small.
Rechargeable tyre inflater.
