Best card games or small boxed games?

I usually put a card game or small game in a Xmas Eve box (teen children). Along the lines of Monopoly Deal / Uno / Yahtzee / Pit.

The last couple of years I’ve come across some random ones through lots of internet searching that have been really good and we still play sometimes.
Can anyone recommend any good card game or small boxed game, not to tricky to learn, that’s a bit different to the usual ones that come up on an internet search? Just hoping for a hidden gem I’ve not come across. Thanks 🎄

Poetry for Neanderthals is good fun, especially for families who like playing around with language

My older and younger teens (and me!) like anomia, kind of trivia but very quick paced and snappy, lots of fun.

We also like Hive and love Mexican train.
