What do you give the cleaner and other services?

Just wondering what the current “norm” is to give the cleaner at Christmas?

I have two lovely ladies who come and sort out my house - wondering if gift / cash (how much weekly rate changes dependent on how big the job so based on hourly) or both like cash and chocolates?

What do you do?

Double pay always goes down well, imo.

Paying double is always welcome!

I pay two extra weeks, so I guess that's triple pay. Cleaner and gardener.

Double pay for cleaner, window cleaner, gardeners, beautician and hairdresser. Used to do gifts but I’m sure they prefer cash in a Christmas card. Gardeners told me they used it go out for lunch together. Cleaner always gives us a gift!
