Hi,

Does anyone have experience of these. It’s the only thing DD has put on her Christmas list for Santa but I’m a bit wary of signing up for a subscription without knowing the full costs as it’s from America.

Any other suggestions of similar boxes would be very welcome too.

thank you

My kids are really into this. My 9 year old would love the boxes. I've told them they are only available in America and it helps that they don't believe in Santa anymore, so no expectation for him to make it happen. I did look and they ship to UK but don't say cost until you go through ordering process. Then it comes down to is the extra cost worth it, does it make it unvialbly expensive. How much does she want Santa to make it happen? ( I've brought Macdonald's toys off ebay before to keep the Santa magic! )
Aslo does she want the box because of the charm of the guy and crunch labs or is she genuinely interested in stem and making things. If it's the latter you could look at other options. Don't know about boxes but bright minds and wicked uncle are both sites that sell stem inspired toys and I've got science bits from the natural history museum on line shop before.

Following with interest, my DS is assessed with MR and asked last year for these, and again this year

I'd be very interested in the topic of import taxes. We had packages delivered from the US to the UK and needed to pay a high amount for import taxes on top of the subscription price.
Does anyone who got the monthly prescription delivered directly to the UK have experience with this?
Thanks in advance
