Sometimes they are a bit slow sending orders out especially during a good offer but the cards are lovely and their customer service is very good too. Make sure to log into your rewards page and do your profile, visit SM pages of you have it etc as you get points for those activities too which if I recall correctly you can cash out to use on an order once you hit £5.

Keep your eyes posted for Black Friday deals as the one they did last year blew every other offer out of the water. That’s when I stock up for the next year.

I actually find their gift wrap so lovely (and it has that nice stiffness you get with really good wrap) that I have to really like someone to use it on their present 😁
