Hi normally buy stuffed and all but this year gonna go for boneless crown and do my own stuffing.
We dont do ham (bar get few slices from butchers as only 1 takes it.
Thinking 6lb for 4 adults for christmas day, round sandwiches boxing day and then a curry for 4 adults. Is this enough? I have the same dilemna every year and really should take note
