Lacking inspiration this year

Anyone else feeling a bit "meh" about Christmas presents this year? A combination of wanting to cut down on unnecessary clutter and spending, means I've not bought anything yet. In the past, because I didn't budget at all, I was safe to get a few duds because there was usually a fair amount of presents so there was so much less pressure to get it right. I really want to get presents that my DC love but at 6 and 11 they have so much they already don't have time to play with. I can't find any tickets to anything they'd want to see nearby either. Any ideas of what I can do to make up for spending less this year?

Why not spend less? Christmas doesn't necessarily spend lots fewer toys does not mean a bad Christmas. My adult children has so many presents from family that only a few stand out eg my daughter's giant white tiger.

What they do remember is things like snuggling up on the sofa with their grandfather ,(rip) walking to a street where all the houses were decorated to the nines, rugby club Christmas party etc
