Santa’s wallet

So a couple of years ago we got Santa’s wallet online (after seeing the idea on MN) which Santa “dropped” as he was leaving the presents. Previous years, Santa also left his belt. Any ideas what he could “leave” this year? Think this is the last year that my kids believe so want to make it magical. Thanks!

What about his driving licence?

Or snow footprints.

Xmas Grin a button sounds ideal , I'm sure you can pick one up from a Charity shop or ebay . Tell your DC he busted his buttons after so many mince pies .

My DD had a tea set (Ikea Duktig) she insisted on a pot of tea, some cereal , toast and jam was left for Santa , the Reindeer and Elves liked pistachio nuts and After Eights

Wrapping paper (you can tape together a few sheets) stuck across the door to the lounge so they burst through .

When mine were very little they both slept in DS room on Christmas Eve night and I put their stockings (bags with twinkly lights ) in the room.
We put a small fibre optic tree in the hall on a timer so they knew when "He" had visited .
I heard DS excitedly run back to tell his sister "He's been!" then the pair of them trying to quietly open their stockings .

I do miss those days now they're adults

I also did a Magic Key ( we do have a fireplace but this was something I saw online ) , got an old , fancy key ( eBay) painted it gold and added nail polish and a fancy ribbon.
Much nicer than the bought ones and cost only a couple of pounds

He left one of his gloves at ours one year and we posted it back to him.

I’ve got a selection of buttons, bells and sleigh licences (Etsy, but you can get them cheaper) that he’ll be accidentally dropping over the next few years.
