Craft box as gift

My DIL is a talented artist. I'd like to give her a box of materials (she draws and paints) but, as I am as artistic as a housebrick, I have no idea what is 'good' and what is cheap rubbish. I might give it to her for Christmas or for her birthday (which is just days before Christmas and I like to give her her present at the beginning of November with a token on the actual day).

Could some artistic MNetters give me some clues as to things that I can buy to put together in a pretty box? Preferably not TOO expensive, but nicer than the things she might just buy for herself? And good for art?

What type of painting does she do, acrylic, oil watercolours and for drawing coloured pencils or pastels? Narrow it down and I can definitely help.

Budget helpful too. Tbh you probably won’t get a box of things, art materials are expensive! But one or two nice things are far more desirable to Artists

She's done some lovely pencil drawings and coloured pencil sketches for the family (you have to remember that I know NOTHING about art, so it's all a bit of a closed book to me), I think she uses acrylics and watercolours, more whatever she has to hand. It would be nice to include some paper, maybe some brushes? Budget up to around £150. And thank you!
