Does anyone know where I can get traditional /vintage Santa wrapping paper?

that doesn’t cost a fortune and is sold by the roll!

Etsy and eBay are your best bets, though some online shops have them. I've bought used paper off of Etsy but it's sheets and mixed bundles. Try google - Dyefor has some.
