Sol de Janeiro perfumes

Hi everyone.

I would like to get a Sol de Janeiro spray for each of my dds (age 13 and 11). Can anyone recommend me which ones their similar age dc like? We live rurally as getting to a shop to look in person isn't very easy.

At present both dc like fruity perfumes from Victoria Secret.

40 and 62 are the favourites in my house.

TBH all of the sprays will be absolutely fine for that age. They are not sexy, just fruity florals that last a couple of hours at most.

62 for my DD12

It’s like lynx for girls - sweet, musky and overpowering. Our house reeks of teenage girls!

59 is definitely my favourite, but I think all of them are appropriate/popular with that age group.

It's windows down in the car when I'm giving a lift to DD and her friends!

62 seems to be the one everyone has so if they've not got that I'd start with there.
It'll be on offer somewhere, don't pay full price for it.

You can usually get a set of minis around christmas time.

The yellow one, all day long. DD14 loves it. So do I.

I've bought DD the set of 5 minis (30ml size). She loves them but her favourite does tend to change so this is a good catch all

Boots site says Awaiting Stock . Last year they advertised a set but they were never in stock.

My DD likes the yellow one too , shower gel+ spray (just a spritz ) she has a mini bottle for her bag and a dressing table sized one

They were on offer on Lookfantastic in the summer (£32) so I bought back then - have just checked but they're out of stock atm

I’m debating whether to splash the cash on these or just buy the cheaper So? Sprays for my DD13. She hasn’t expressed an interest in them. Boots have the set for £33.

I bought the 62 on a recent flight to Mexico, thought it sounded like a great holiday perfume. I had no idea it was the "in thing" with teens until Dd practically hyperventilated with jealousy when I got back to my seat with it !

I personally wouldn't buy the Sol de Janeiro ones if your dd isn't interested, they are expensive for what they are.

But the So? sprays are my least favourite, they are suffocating and cheap smelling! My dds both like the Victoria Secrets body mists, which are pretty affordable and loads nicer than So?.

Yes to Duty Free if you are going anywhere, I got some cheap in the Eurotunnel terminal a few weeks ago. I like the yellow one best. I know it's for teenagers, like Impulse was for my generation, but I really like it, so summery and it lasts on me.
