Snow Globe

I really want to buy my children a lovely Christmas snow globe each. I think about this every year, but still not got around to it. I want something that's a decent size and quality (lots seem to be so small or poor plastic figures inside). Happy to pay £20ish or even more for something beautiful. Would like it to be something that they keep, and looks good as an ornament. Any recommendations?

Sainsbury’s and garden centres are often good for budget friendly snow globes that look nice without being plasticky looking.

If you want something a bit special, have a look on the site for the Christmas Imaginarium. I’ve had a couple of bits from there and they are beautiful. Worth every penny. They’re based on the Isle of Wight if you’re anywhere near and want to look in person.

I need a snow globe now! I had an Elvis one, bought in Caesar’s palace in Vegas when I got married. It was his blue suede shoes and played the song. But I’m long divorced so that got given away. Need to find a new one. Something magical about snow globes. Up there with the little pirouetting ballerina in jewellery boxes.

I got my little boy one of these for his first Christmas and it’s lovely!!

I’ve just looked at his and it’s slightly different but very similar!!

I have a Disney one, I think from the 1990s, they still make them and they last
