Air BnB - tiny fridge

We are at an Air BnB for Christmas and got given 100s of rules yesterday including no noise after 7pm.

But the main issue is the fridge. It's tiny and I'm trying to work out what must be refrigerated and what might manage not to be.

Doing a cooked ham. Wanted to boil it today and then roast tomorrow. Can it be left in foil once boiled or does it need the fridge

Also want to prep roast potatoes. Can they be left out once boiled or do they need the fridge?

Same question re cauliflower cheese? Any tips please?

Your potatoes will be fine. I'd prioritise anything with meat in it for the fridge. Is there a cool space in the house where you can put other things?

Hmmm. Maybe near some windows. It's a cottage and once the heating on it feels hot everywhere.

Do you have a car with you? If so, maybe you could put things like potatoes in it should be pretty cool in there. Or if you have or could buy a cool box, or maybe owners have one you can borrow if they’re local. Then buy some ice for it keeping it outside if possible . Or just keep some things outside eg bottles of drink. Agree to prioritise meat for the fridge, good luck/happy Christmas

Do you have access to any outside space? Things can go outside if packaged or covered up

I was thinking more about what food can I prep that doesn't need to be refrigerated. We are 'storing' quite a lot of stuff outside and at my mums house - which is about 10 miles away.

Anything that is going to get a good long blast of decent heat before being eaten should be fine if just kept cool.

Keep it in the boot of the car overnight it will be fine

No noise after 7pm?! Is it attached to their home? That sounds miserable!

I'd be happy doing any of the veg and then putting it outside or in car or at a push on the kitchen counter.

No but I think the neighbour might hate the fact it's an Air BNB and so the owner is trying to placate. Oddly he kept the 7pm no noise rule until we'd paid and we couldn't cancel

I don’t think no noise after 7pm is reasonable tbh, would be leaving a bad review, including the tiny fridge

Yep, I've basically already written my review - I also don't intend on sitting silently once it hits 7pm
