What’s happened to Debenhams online. Ordered an item well in time for pre Christmas delivery, I’ve struggled to get in touch with them and then when they eventually respond to me via text it’s sent at 04:46 this morning; waking me up.
Plus to add insult to injury they said I would receive my item today or tomorrow and when I check with the courier it’s not arriving till after Christmas 😢

Their customer service is awful now and their website functionality is terrible too. Just pray you don't have to return anything! Returns are super hit and miss.
They are usually quick to send out orders though - it's about Debenhams' only good point these days. Parcel's not got lost has it?

No parcel definitely with courier, I appreciate everyone wants their parcel at Christmas but sending texts out at that time in the morning is so wrong, particularly when it’s not the truth anyway.
I will not be ordering again.
