Turkey question - basting

If the turkey is covered in a bacon lattice and under foil, is it necessary to baste regularly too? 🤔

I still would. Do you remove the foil at the end to brown? Delia only has you basting a few times during browning.

I always roast upside down, Phil Vickery style on foil and stock, always moist, amazing gravy!

No basting!!
