Make-ahead dessert - no food processor

Please can anyone help me out with suggestions for a Christmas dinner dessert I can make on Sunday, that doesn't require a food processor.

Cold: Trifle
Hot: Sticky Toffee Pudding

Cheesecake. Bash up the biscuits in a bag with a rolling pin. Use a handwhisk to make the filling.

Saffron parfait. I usually serve it with a sauce I make from frozen raspberries and a bit of icing sugar.

Chocolate mousse

I've bought meringue base, frozen berries and cream. Will grate some chocolate.

There's probably a hundred thousand desserts you can make without a food processor.

You can crush biscuits for a cheesecake by bashing them with a rolling pin in a bag.

You can make pastry and crumble and cake by hand.

You can whisk egg whites with a rotary whisk.

Tiramisu!

Really easy, especially if you have a hand mixer/stand mixer! Buy the lady fingers premade. 😁
