Wagyu beef dripping

I have a jar of this and I am wondering if the roasties would be nice cooked in this or whether to stick with oil? Anyone used it before please?

I’d use it for Yorkies!

I think it will burn easier than some oils/fats. Maybe google it.

Dripping will be great for roast potatoes. Go for it!
