Present help for DM with cancer and stoma

I am looking for some help of what to get my lovely mum for birthday (23rd/12) and Christmas. She has just had a stoma fitted after finding tumours in her bowel and still has cancer in her bones. She is in and out of hospital and about to do 8weeks in isolation in Birmingham ahead of more medical treatment. Please give me some ideas!!

Heated throw? They're always so cozy.
Nice bed pillows and a good long dressing gown.

Does she read books? Or prefer a tablet?
Are there any comfort foods you can stock her up on?

How about a pair of cyber pjs they do gorgeous lounge suits as well. They do tend to come in on the small size though. Luxury hand cream a kindle

This might sound odd, but where she is going, can she have a window bird feeder? The kind that attach with suction cups. Of course, someone would have to be on board with filling it daily.

Teddy bear? Batty but since my dog died I've found myself cuddling a large stuffed squirrel that used to live in the closet.

Nice merino shawl? Fingerless gloves for indoors?

New fresh knickers really lift the morale; a nice half dozen or more.

I use Audible audiobooks to get to sleep or to counter anxiety. Maybe a voucher?

Audiobooks aren't just novels; there are many BBC or other radio dranatisations available online, which are entertaining and take the mind off problems.

Maybe a soft bed jacket, to keep warm without all the bulk in bed from a dressing gown.

Hand cream, tinted lip balm, dry shampoo

I haven’t got any ideas yet but following as my DM has recently been in and out of hospital and I’m struggling for ideas too. I’ve done a few stocking stuffers so nice hand cream etc and I’ve bought a small board game from boots but I’m completely stuck otherwise on what to get for her!
