An 'Astronaut' sim game ???

Does such a thing exist please ?

Ds might be interested in a flight sim (recommendations please?) but what he'd really like is some sort of space / astronaut sim ? Does such a thing exist ?

I know this is a wee bit late and this isn't technically a flight sim but Universe Sandbox 2 is awesome. It's a universe simulator and you can build planets and manipulate the solar system. My ds has been playing it since he was very small.
