Does anyone else not buy clothes for xmas? I don't really see them as an Xmas item and my kids aren't into brands.

I don't really apart from pj's. But my dd is only 8 and not into brands or bothered too much by fashion.

She's just starting to care a tiny bit. So at the moment I take her shopping for clothes to encourage her to pick and to develop her own taste. We can also afford to buy as and when she needs - growth spurt etc.

I can imagine that as she gets older and perhaps wants more brands or specific fashion items that are over an above what is required then these will be gifted.

Dp is getting quite a few clothing gifts as that is what he has asked for 🤷‍♀️

My parents have both asked for pjs and my mum has asked for a jumper as well all of which I have got for them.

My 2 year old is getting a few clothing gifts and new pjs amongst toys, crafts, sweets, bath stuff ect. 🤷‍♀️

I’ve asked for a couple of jumpers and new pjs too 🤷‍♀️😂

I do because my son likes designer stuff so he gets one or two as a treat at Christmas.

I didn't until eldest was at the age of only wanting clothes etc mainly branded. So although we would buy all year as needed. He also got loads at xmas.
11yr old is now just getting to that stage and have got a few items of clothing / jordans.
Younger ones no clothes at all. Not even pjs. They're got as and when needed.. I'm terrible for clothes and always looking for them so have no real need to at xmas

I got track suit for ds. He gets fewer presents than dd so something to open (his presents are more expensive).
