Got a chap, late 30s. Generally quite straightlaced. Very polite/haven't really figured out his sense of humour. Likes coffee, travel, his nuclear family. Likes his work/quite corporate.

That's hard. A bottle of wine?
Maybe a bag of coal from Fortnum and Masons (that's what my husband got me recently, quite funny).

I got someone of similar age, they are going travelling with their family in the new year. Going to get him travel sized toiletries and a travel pillow, maybe something small to distract the kids on the flight, sweets or game.

I am lucky in a sense because I am from the uk and moved to another country so I always make a bag of uk 'goodies' like chocs and drinks. Everyone loves it haha!

Could you do similar in the international isle maybe American sweets and a cans of pop?

I'm after some ideas too! Love the travel toiletries idea.
