I'm still looking for a bedside lamp/nightlight for DS who is 11 but has SEN and tends to throw things when he gets cross e.g. if he's listening to an audiobook and gets cross it isn't the one he wanted to listen to he sometimes throws his Google mini down the stairs.
It hasn't broken yet but I'd rather that not happen to a lamp!
Preferably not battery operated/too babyish.
He quite likes to have the landing light on but that means he tends to shout for us to dim it/make it brighter if he isn't asleep when we go to bed (everything is on Google Home but sometimes he's awake and we're just dropping off when he does that so it would be nice if he had something in his room!)

A lovely rose-scented toiletries set for my DM (she doesn't do baths but she does like hand cream). I saw a Cath Kidston one in Booths but it was £25 and I would also prefer slightly less packaging!

I can recommend the Somerset Toiletry Company hand cream. I don't think they do rose fragrance gift sets but the rose hand cream is under £10 and is in a metal tube. They are stocked in shops as well as being available online.

Hopefully this is a link to the search for stockists page.

That sounds lovely!
Anyone else got a last minute wishlist?

Have you heard of the ducky nightlight? It's a soft bodied lamp in the shape of a duck which is brightened and dimmed by squeezing the body. Might this be good?

Is it this one?

It looks slightly more humorous rather than babyish like a rubber duck style. He might go for it!
He is more clumsy (he has dyspraxia) and prone to explosions rather than very young for his age (he is a little young for his age, but not into particularly baby things).
