Fahol bracelets...arrived?

I bought 5 of the Fahol tracking bracelets in the Black Friday offer. Probably 10 days ago. Has anyone else's arrived? They said they have been sent but the number is not trackable! Which is quite funny considering. Also they email and text me incessantly! When or if they arrive I will need to block all the constant messages.

I ordered mine on the 27th of November express shipping still not here yet 🤷it's saying the 28th.

Ours are a mixture - Turtle tracked today, others are around 21st December but one late November

My daughters was last tracked in November too. I thought it might update every couple of days 😖 I was a little disappointed, I hope nothing has happened to the turtle!

My daughter has just checked hers. Penguin last tracked on 22nd December, turtle last tracked today.

One shark was 21st Dec, a turtle and shark not since October!

We had a turtle too, when we scanned the QR code it said it was no longer trackable and linked us to a new turtle. So we’ve got a card/name which means nothing now.

I assume somethings happened to the turtle or the tracker has been removed somehow.

If they haven't updated for more than a few weeks you can message them and they'll send you a new QR code for a new animal, we've had to do it a couple of times!
