Mine is that age and a girl not a boy, but a lot of her tastes aren't specifically "girly" and she is also a gamer....

Off the top of my head she has:

Stationery
Books (some fiction, some non-fiction related to her interests)
Novelty socks
Pick and mix sweets in a novelty tub
Posh French biscuits I wouldn't normally buy
Novelty desk lamp and some other stuff for her room - cushion, picture, little stick on shelves
Gamer door sign thing
Novelty key ring
Some skin care stuff and fragrance
Pyjamas
Cuddly toy.
Various fidget toys
A few comedy pin badges
Novelty mug

Her main present, which she chose, is a break at her favourite seaside place just the two of us! But I know you are more looking for ideas for smaller stuff.

@somethingisnotquiteright no not at all, we have no family or friends who buy for our children. Two years ago my then 11yr old daughter was on a ventilator after covid caused a brain infection. She has been left disabled, life can be gone so quick so if I can afford it then yes I will completely spoil my children at Christmas these days.
