Needing help!

He's very minimalistic but travels throughout the year, various different places.

Is a tea jennie, goes hiking, loves his football club and at moment not drinking. Recently became a dad.

Not a lot to go on but he's very hard to buy for.

Any ideas?

My advice is always to buy them a better version of something they already have.

Not in a smug way, and more expensive doesn't always mean better.

Similar to pp I find all men fairly simple in that they usually want a newer version (not necessarily more expensive I don’t think - could be the exact same thing) but new of something they already have or use.
