I always bake for various work/gym events as well as family/friends around Christmas. I only do sweet baking though, usually very chocolate themed, favourites include:

Chocolate brownies
Biscoff truffles
Toblerone fudge
Puff pastry Nutella Christmas tree
Chocolate orange cheesecake
Toblerone cheesecake
Black forest trifle
Pavlova
Gingerbread snowmen/reindeer/Santas
Decorated Christmas cookies
A non-fruit Christmas cake - I love baking and decorating cakes but nobody likes fruit cake so I've done various sponge cakes with royal icing or white Swiss meringue buttercream, Christmassy decorations etc.

Nobody in our family likes Christmas pudding so we just buy them a small one from M&S. DP loves making bread and savoury pastry so he does various breads, sausage rolls etc.

Post should say nobody likes Christmas cake and only one person likes Christmas pudding so we just buy a small one!
