Presents for team members (work)

I manage a team of five women and so want to get them a small token for Christmas (£10 - £15) but can’t think of anything that isn’t wine, chocolates, etc.

I obviously know them well within a work capacity but not to the point where I know their preference for more personal gifts.

M&S have lovely makeup bags and small jewellery boxes with initials on. I've given these as gifts before and they're always well received. Likewise, mugs with initials on. Next have some nice ones as do Oliver Bonas.
