Special food items for a hamper

Hi I've got some lovely ideas off the gifts thread but would like a few more. Really special food items for a hamper.
Anything sweet or savoury just has to be a bit unique not something you'd pick up in a weekly shop. Want to really treat my brother and wife who's a bit of a foody to a nice selection of special bits and bobs he wouldn't usually buy.

Florentines
chutney
Jam
posh hot chocolate or chocolate bombs/stirrers
Turkish Delight
nougat bars (Lidl)
Stolen or a small Christmas cake
biscuits for cheese

I have awful memories of my family making awful hampers when I was a kid with things like tinned ham, tinned peaches, brandy snaps and PG tips 🤣. I think these days people tend to buy better quality items but things that will get used. There’s so many good things you can buy and it’s always good to check out local farm shops. We live in a area where there so many amazing food producers.

Snowdonia cheese company do some really nice flavours and Harris’s do a Boxing Day chutney that’s delicious 😋
