Can anyone please tell me how you get a Bloom & Wild referral code without your name in?! Mine has my full name, hence not wanting to put it on here, and they've been worse than useless in helping me - B&W just keep saying it's best to have my name so I don't get mixed up!

Are you absolutely certain it shows your full name on the actual link itself? Mine says: "How would you like to tell your friends MuddyandWet Surname".

But when I actually copy and paste and click the link it provides, it only has my first name displayed, as hopefully you can see. (Sorry for repeating my link again - just using it for an example.)

Hopefully this is helpful to anyone else struggling with this issue.

I've had my account for years and have purchased from them since they first opened, so I don't think so as newer accounts don't seem to have the same issue. It's annoying and frustrating that they don't seem to want to help me! Thank you for the suggestion though.

I'm a bit suspicious of Bloom and Wild referrals - I got a referral straight away when I first posted it (thank you to whoever that was!) with £10 off. Since then two or three people (one on this thread, and a couple of real-life friends) have said they've used my referral, but nothing has come through for me. I've checked their T&Cs and they say a maximum of 5 per day, but I don't think it's anywhere near that.

The only thing I can think is if people have ordered for it to be delivered in the future, perhaps it doesn't trigger until it's actually dispatched?

Thank you. You can use any of the associated brands on Rakuten as far as I know, as long as you do it via Rakuten and not directly from the brand website. I’m not sure about the extra £10 - it was just in my account so I’m sorry that’s not particularly helpful as I didn’t do anything to action it!
