Small gift ideas for team at work?

Does anyone have good ideas for small gifts (£10 ish, maybe a bit more) for my team at work? They range from a slightly terrified young chap (just 20) in his first job to a middle aged devout Muslim lady, and I’d quite like to get everyone the same thing to make my life easier and not make people feel awkward.

Probably food related? Thanks in advance!

I'm thinking of buying my similarly diverse team those light up biscuit tin houses from Marks and Spencers. They will all appreciate the biscuits and probably the decoration too. There is also a beautiful light up LED scented candle with a London scene on it if you wanted something less festive?
If only they were all drinkers, it would be so easy 😄

The biscuit tin is a good shout. I love the mugs - I'm going to get those for my kids!

Hotel chocolat (check if halal)

In previous years I've done:

• M&S fancy biscuit tins
• Large mugs with either speciality tea, coffee, or hot choc depending on the individual
• Microwaveable wheat bags
• Little sets of battery-powered LED lights (you can go more or less Christmassy depending on the recipient)
• A gonk and a tin of Speculoos from Flying Tiger

I've given up trying to buy gifts for mine as it's next to impossible to suit everyone. I get £15 m&s vouchers these days so they can get biscuits, chocolates, wine, beer etc to suit.

The m and s white milk and dark boxes of biscuits were always well received across my diverse team. And I waited until the week they were on offer to buy them!

Book voucher and something small and festive.

Tony's Chocoloney does personalised wrappers for the big bars which are really nice.

Okay so why is MN showing me the best sex toys to buy this Christmas as an ad in this thread? Does it know something about my team that I don’t?

As the receiver of team gifts ones that went down nice were flavoured oil sets, pasta cooking kit and M&S biscuit tin!

crackers, cheese and chutney has always gone down well with my team
