Hi everyone

I'm after recommendations for a small coffee machine for my other half - something like this?

I am completely clueless. All i know is it has to be fairly compact so a one cup machine that takes pods? Don't want to spend more than £200.

Mine is a Krups machine that takes pods. I have no complaints about it.

A machine that takes nespresso pods gives the widest variety of pods so from that perspective it is better than other pod machines.

I have a Sage one with a steam wand and it is well worth the money if you have coffee with milk but is over your budget. Nespresso machines start from around £60 I think.

If the Lavazza machine only takes Lavazza capsules, I think you will find it much harder to buy refills than a Nespresso machine. I've got a Krups Nespresso Pixie machine which makes lovely coffee and you can use any Nespresso compatible capsules in it.

I have the lavazza and it’s a fab little machine and is still going strong after 6 years but yes it’s more limited re pods. I get mine from Amazon to Ocado ( JL also used to do them).
