Really small LED tea lights

Good afternoon all, I was wondering if this was a good board to ask, do any of you know if there is such a thing as mini LED tea lights anywhere? I bought some hanging glass baubles earlier in the year but standard LED tea lights won't fit. Although I've since bought some larger ones I would still like to use the little ones. Have any of you found any mini LED tea lights at all? (Standard diameter I think is about 3cm - I think I need a diameter of about 2-2.5cm)

If any of you have seen such a thing please could you share? Thanks in advance.

Do they need to be remote controlled/timed or will you turn them on and off manually?

I really don't mind at this point either/or. It's not like there'll be hundreds, less than ten.
