I'm looking for some ideas for a 3.5 year old boy. Budget around £30. Any ideas I'm struggling to remember but they like at that age

It might be worth asking what he's got that you could add to e.g. Duplo, playmobile, wooden train track etc?
Bath toys
Books
Jigsaws (can be child dependent, one of my nephews loves them, the other isn't bothered)
Orchard Toys games are good for that age group
PJs

My DS is 3.5 and loves monster trucks, hot wheels, anything superheros (marvel characters), playdoh, kinetic sand, football, and riding his scooter/ bike. He wouldn't be interested in a book or jigsaw or board games or arts/crafts type things (despite my best efforts!). Hope that helps!

Kinetic sand construction site
Aquadoodle mat
Hape toy tool box
Design and Drill robot

I’ve got my 3yo nephew Magformers, specifically the car set as he loves cars. Also got him some hot wheels & the You Choose book.

Spidey. They all LOVE Spidey at that age. Every single 3 and 4 year old party has been Spidey themed.

Foam bath stickers - my son LOVED the Buddy and Barney ones.

My DS is 3.5 and likes cars (especially monster trucks and Lightning McQueen), superheroes, anything Halloween themed, Lego/Megablocks, jumping off things, and train tracks. We read a book every night before bed, but he would never choose to in the day. He would laugh at the thought of crafts. Genuinely wondering if @noscoobydoodle has a clone of my DS.

Play doh. Argos does a pack of loads of pots of colours for £10 (or two for £15) and maybe a set like the pizza oven or the dentist?

Another vote for monster trucks or lightning McQueen stuff. My 3 year old and all the 3 year old boys I know love both of these.

The mellisa and doug ice cream stand thing, it's often on offer for £30. We got a lot of mileage out of ours.

There are some Lego sets aimed at 4+ which might be good, they might soon be outgrowing Duplo! The 5+ Lego sets might be ok but may be a bit advanced for now.

Thanks everyone lots to look at, monster trucks sound promising
