Air tag for Android?

Can you get Air Tags for Android? All the ones I have found are Bluetooth only - fine for finding keys but I really want to give one to my Dad for tracking his luggage when he's travelling, so Bluetooth no use for that. If anyone knows of any please let me know!

Or any other gift ideas along a similar line? I thought of a smart plug but not really sure he'd have a use for it

Tile, or, if he has a Samsung phone, Samsung smart tag.

AFAIK all tags - Air, Tile, etc etc - mainly work via Bluetooth.
What mainly differs is the network of phones which will pick up on nearby tags of that type and report back to you. That's how you know where they are when they're out of range of your own phone.

AirTags - all Apple phones
Samsung Smart tags - Samsung phones
Tiles - all phones with the Tile app on
