DD present help

My 7yo DD has asked me for a fake pregnant belly and a reborn doll for Christmas and she wants them to be realistic. I have found and brought a reborn just now (cost me £££). But I cannot seem to find any fake pregnant bellies online that would fit a 7yo. So I’m wondering if anyone knows anywhere that may sell them as I just don’t want to disappoint or upset DD. Thanks

Just get her to stuff a small pillow up her jumper. That's what I did playing mummy as a child. If they don't make them there probably isn't a market for them
