Typical British Stocking

my BIL is bringing his GF (late 20s) to Christmas this year, and she loves Christmas. I am looking to make her a “typically British” stocking, what would you put in it?

I'm irish and lump of coal is definitely a (lighthearted) threat here, would be shocked if anyone has actually carried it out in the last 50 years or so though!
I second Terry's chocolate orange, chocolate coins, satsuma and cosy things ie fluffy socks, mini handwarmer, earmuffs etc
Since there's a big difference between us sweets and uk, maybe some old fashioned English sweets? Bonbons, boiled sweets, rhubarb and custard sweets, something like that?
Or, I've seen cards for sale that have traditional parlour games on them, could get those and play some old fashioned christmas party games maybe?
