considering a VR for a joint gift but can’t afford £300/500. Saw some around £50 - anyone had a cheaper one and are they worthwhile?

I brought a cheaper one-it never got used unfortunately. We now have the meta quest which is great quality.

I love my meta quest. You could maybe buy a second hand meta quest 2 as the 3 has been released although I havent checked how much theyre selling for . But then you also have the ongoing cost of buying games. If you don't have lot of money to spend I think you're probably better off avoiding for now.

Might see some second hand ones come up soon with the new one being released imminently.
